Serger Saturdays Virtual

The January class takes us from the very beginning of serging.  We will thread the machine, go over machine maintenance and start a stitch reference book!  As the months go on you will add to your stitch book as we learn all the fun things this machine can do.

February - Rolled Hem Napkins.  The rolled hem is one of the most widely used applications of the serger.  Lets whip up some pretty table decor!

March -  2 At a Time Placemats -   Feature Stitch - 2 thread  flatlock stitch, twice as nice edgestitch

April - E reader Case - Feature stitch Pin tucks

May  - Quilt as You Go Table Runner - Quilting on your serger....YES!

June - Bow Tee Cuff Upcycle - Take a long sleeve t-shirt and get it ready for spring!  We will upcycle a long sleeve tee shirt into a new, bow cuff short sleeve cutie.

Any brand of serger is welcome; however, please note we are most versed in Bernina & Brother brands.
