All New machines that experience issues; please follow your warranty instructions.
Once the machine leaves the shop and the warranty is registered.... it is a "used" machine and refunds will be pro-rated accordingly.
All trade-in purchases are as-is machines and we do our best to represent the machines to the best of our ability. All trade-in models have been tested prior to becoming available for sale.
No refunds on trade-in models ~ Credit will be issued toward another machine if there is a problem that we cannot resolve.
